We're good at listening to our bodies when it comes to the basics: eat, drink, sleep.

But what about the other signals? The ones that actually matter?

The exhaustion that isn't just physical. The tightness in your chest that's trying to tell you something. The urge to run, numb, escape, not because you're weak, but because your body is screaming for you to pay attention.

This episode is super transparent. I talk about my current state and how I'm learning the difference between my mind talking and my body communicating. And spoiler: nobody's perfect at this.

We've been conditioned to override our bodies. To push through. To manage. To think our way out of what we're feeling.
